Director of Oil and Gas Accounting-  Responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures; responding to questions regarding COPAS, tax and GAAP requirements; determining proper timing and application of revenue recognition rules; reviewing financial records, account  reconciliations and other documents; maintaining proper operation of computer accounting systems; coordinating projects related to audits; implementing and monitoring audit findings and recommendations; creating development plans; and directing the coordination of monthly internal reporting and analysis.
